Refund policy

Return, Refund or Exchange

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, pending the advance approval by
Perfect Coating’s customer service team. To return a product to Perfect Carbon for a
Warranty, Guarantee, or satisfaction claim, please contact our customer service team by
emailing support@perfectcarbon.com

Depending on the issue, Customer may be entitled to their choice of an exchange for like
item, refund, or store credit. This determination will be made following the review of the
product issue and reason for the associated return by a member of Perfect Coatings
customer service team.

Any product returned must be in it’s complete and original packaging.
